This is a new loyalty program for ATH\u00ae users and merchants who use Evertec for processing on the island. Consumers who register in the program may accrue points from Gustazos.com (G-Credits\u2122) for purchases in participating businesses.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;At Evertec, we are excited about this new program. It will certainly be an excellent tool to help local businesses grow their sales, while ATH cardholders get a new benefit by obtaining credits for purchasing everyday items at their favorite stores. It is an excellent way of continuing to strengthen Puerto Rico&#8217;s businesses and economy,&#8221;<\/em> said Mike Vizcarrondo, Chief Commercial Officer at Evertec for Puerto Rico and the Caribbean.<\/p>\n<p>GustitosGo is a loyalty program that awards points (G-Credits) to users registered through the Gustazos platform when they pay with their ATH card at participating businesses. After their ATH card has been properly registered in the program, when users make purchases at GustitosGo participating businesses, they receive G-Credits for the equivalent of 7% of their total purchase, and if they make a second purchase at the same participating business during the same month, they get 12%, as per the participation rules established by GustitosGo. These G-Credits may be redeemed at www.Gustazos.com.<\/p>\n<p>Luke C. Todesco, CEO of Social Media Group, stated that <em>&#8220;this partnership between Gustazos and Evertec is a continuation of a long-standing and successful collaboration aimed at helping to make the everyday life of Puerto Rico&#8217;s residents and businesses an experience of excellence. Evertec, as a key partner of Gustazos, has supported us by processing millions of Gustazos deals since 2011. This collaboration offers a long-term benefit for ATH cardholders, Evertec&#8217;s business partners in Puerto Rico, and for consumers in general.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The benefits offered by GustitosGo to the merchants that process with Evertec and are registered through <a href=\"https:\/\/www.getgustitosgo.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">getgustitosgo.com<\/a> include: their businesses can participate in the program, they will be included in their marketing promotions, and best of all, cardholders will have an added incentive to visit their stores. This will not only help them increase their sales but also to reward their customers&#8217; loyalty.<\/p>\n<p>Users who wish to participate only need to visit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gustitosgo.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">gustitosgo.com<\/a> and link their ATH card; they will automatically start earning rewards whenever they use the linked card to pay at any participating business.
